Create and execute a three-month programme designed to unearth, recognise, and fast-track 21 exceptional potential young entrepreneurs in the city of Belfast.

Elevate: The Outcome

Podiem created and executed a programme that unearthed, recognised and fast-tracked 21 Entrepreneurs under the age of 21 in Belfast through a series of action-oriented workshops that have acted as a springboard for future success. Within the programme the cohort heard from world-leading entrepreneurs including Alice Thompson, Co-Founder of Social Bite & The Big Sleepout, and Greg Bradley, Founder of BLK BOX. The programme culminated with a final pitch night where participants were given the opportunity to pitch to an audience of stakeholders for a £2k cash injection to help their business get traction.
